Glad you liked it chaps as it was a fun game.

The whole crabbing movement linked to being Scottish came about from our '45 Rebellion games, where a lot of the time Dave's units rolled 'Poor' commands and so, not being able to advance, he moved them sideways instead. Maybe we need to get out more... :- :D

... and as for using HOW for AWI, quite frankly it can be used for any linear warfare. All you need to do is to adjust the Army statistics, agree with you opponent some local rules that work for that period and off you go - a war GAME with your mates. It'll annoy the button polishers though.
