I assure you that is the way it was in the 1990's. Some might have had English menus inside but outside was a different matter and we didn't want to sit inside and then get up and go again if the menu wasn't to our liking. Collectively, we've all travelled extensively in Europe and the world and and we still talk about it in the family but, good to know things have improved.
I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

Cool, but I imagine all the small details like waffles, fries, and small cans of Stella must be a pain to paint
