It'd be frozen for a long time then! The forum is visited by people from 60 countries, most of them on a regular basis.

We've actually got some exciting developments regarding this coming soon which Leon alluded to a few posts above  ;)

I'm sure you clever Brits can come up with something more practical.

I'm not too sure about that, have you seen Brits abroad?!  If you don't know the language just shout louder!   :D

Instead of a clever Brit I'll be a Dutch uncle to you all.

As one who reads, speaks and deeply loves the French language since the tender age of 6 or 7, I must nonetheless say that any exceptionalism on this site is nonsense. English is now the lingua franca, the tongue spoken by millions of more or less educated people throughout the world and even by a few Englishmen occasionally. The idea behind this site is clearly that we communicate beyond borders, and that includes linguistic borders.

So I say we don't call this section anything at all. We call it a day, that's what we do.

Cheers,
Aart

Quite right. You'll see what we've come up with in a few days and I think that you might be quite happy with it.  ;)

I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.
