I'm not too sure about that, have you seen Brits abroad?!  If you don't know the language just shout louder!

As one who reads, speaks and deeply loves the French language since the tender age of 6 or 7, I must nonetheless say that any exceptionalism on this site is nonsense. English is now the lingua franca, the tongue spoken by millions of more or less educated people throughout the world and even by a few Englishmen occasionally. The idea behind this site is clearly that we communicate beyond borders, and that includes linguistic borders.

So I say we don't call this section anything at all. We call it a day, that's what we do.
