Pendraken Minibits cross-ordering

This may be covered somewhere and I missed it. I have separate log-ins for the two sites. I believe I had to do this since Minibits would not accept my Pendraken login. Not usually a problem since I normally can get the Minibits stuff I need (bases and dice) through the Pendraken site. Today I couldn't. I placed the order on Pendraken but had to go to Minibits to get 5mm dice with frames.

Long story short is there a way that I might be missing to link the orders to reduce shipping cost?

Is there any thought being given to allow the two sites to use the same login?

Incidentally I have NO PROBLEM paying for two separate handing charges on your end (I have yet to get a wrongly assembled order - even special orders!) - just hate paying twice for the actual shipping cost.

The two businesses are separate companies, so there wouldn't be a way of ordering everything in one go through a single login/website at the moment.  If you ever need something from both sites though, the best thing to do is place one order as normal (through Pendraken for example) and then email the other order through to Minibits.  We'll can send you a PayPal invoice for the total either without shipping or reduced shipping at least.

Looking at your two orders, if those Minibits items had been bought through Pendraken you'd have paid almost the same for the shipping, £7.50 versus £9.00.  If you're happy for us to ship them all together, I'll pop a refund through for the difference once the package ships out.

Thanks for the quick reply and explaination - yes, please combine the orders. As to the difference - please just put it in Techno's band-aid (plaster?) account - likely it runs in the red every year :)

I'll  send an email to confirm all this for your records.

Thanks, d_Guy
