I am afraid it is the old ECW Mounted Dragoon, so probably discontinued.

Not necessarily. There may be a forum member who wants to upgrade his ECW dragoons to the more recent sculpt with hat rather than morion. Start another thread to see if someone is willing to sell/swap.
