I'm a bit late getting this up, apologies for that!

The world famous Salute show takes place this weekend, Saturday 16th April, at the Excel Centre in London.  We always look forward to this day and the chaos it brings, so we'll hopefully see some of you there.

We'll have a large selection of clearance/bargain items with us at this weekend's Salute show, so make sure to come by and have a rummage!

These are mainly product lines we're no longer stocking, so there's all sorts of goodies in here, including:

- A selection of palm/deciduous trees, bagged in 50's for only £10 per bag!

- Some MDF buildings and bridges in both 28mm and 10mm scales.  Discounted by between 20% and 70%!

- Some 10mm scale bunkers and gabions, all prices reduced by around 40%!

- A couple of 1:150th scale Vasa warships for those looking for a modelling project!

- Pendraken will also have some items which are no longer carried on our show stand, including some Medieval army packs and a selection of WWII vehicles, all in 10mm scale of course!

We're on stand TH07, so make sure to pop by and grab some bargains before they all sell out!

Lister: "Oh God, aliens... Your explanation for anything slightly peculiar is aliens, isn't it?

Rimmer: "Well, we didn't use it all, Lister. Who did?"

Lister: "Rimmer, aliens used our bog roll?"

I will be  :) but I hope to avoid last year's errr. ... 'situation '
A friend and myself decided to do the Punic  wars using sword and spear. Naturally I pointed us to Pendraken although in the event of fairness we decided to check out Baccus as well.
After viewing said manufacturers we decided to go for a beer and decide. Well several later and feeling a little light headed (probably the altitude ) went back into the show and promptly bought Victrix as the stall was near the entrance !
So a year later I have 6 painted Trirarii and 124 half built.
Oh well........add them to the 'one day' pile

If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

Too far, too busy, too noisy, far too expensive, nothing I can get there that I can't get anywhere else.

Apart form 'too far' I agree with everything else. I live about 35 miles away but I worked out it would cost me not much short of £40 just to get there on public transport and to get in!  That's a Battlepack and then some more little chaps.

I'm a minimum of 416 miles away according to Google and if I'm going that far for a wargames show I might as well go to Crisis in Antwerp, they have good beer there.

Wait a minute, I am going to Crisis, whoopee doo.

Anyone else going?
