Dave - do you have a rough idea of points size for the Finnish force?

Depending on how you based the infantry and heavy weapons, ball park points value is ~2300 using BKC II.

Rough list as follows:
CO (2 x Officer, staff car, truck, 2-3 rifles)
2 x HQ [CV9] (1 x Officer, Kubelwagen, 2 rifles)
12 Infantry [Regulars] (officer, 5 rifles)
4 x Infantry [Regulars] + Skis (5 x Ski troops)
2 Infantry [Assault] (5 x SMG)
3 ATR upgrades (there is a choice of two)   
6 81mm mortar
