Warband High Elves - from start to (hopefully) finish

Picked these up at the Colours show. Just made a start with priming so far:

Magicians:


Swordsmen (I separated the foot soldiers into separate spear and sword armed units):


The whole (slightly out of focus!) lot:



Not pictured are the General's unit, spearmen, chariots and unicorns.

I went with the Dark Elves with a Melnibonean theme, their general makes a rather good version of a certain Emperor of the Ruby Throne...

No progress made this weekend - too much "real life" going on

Progress made, but very slow.

Everything is cleaned up, assembled where necessary and primed. Put a couple of extra units together from left-over figures i.e. an second scout unit and some swordsmen plus a chariot (hero). I've chosen to separate the infantry into separate spear and sword armed units.

Wonder if I'll have these ready for the next Pendraken painting competition?
