Techno asks (again).

I recently went through two days of hell with a forced Windows 8 'upgrade'.  Didn't ask for it, didn't want it, but eventually the 'install later' button disappeared and it just did it.  Took 5 hours.

Now, my laptop mouse doesn't scroll unless I go into the mouse settings and click 'ok'.  Nothing I do seems to stop this.

Now i'm being offered a 'free Windows 10 upgrade'.

NO!  MICROSOFT, NOOOOO!!!!  LEAVE MY LAPTOP ALONE!

10 is independently reported as an improvement. It is on this box.

Just at moment my old laptop(Win 7) is refusing to do anything but run a "Steam" update....ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

I'm already running '8'......But I'm NOT upgrading.......It works now......Bog off, Microsoft.
