It's doable, but not an easy one.  Our laser software is limited really to basic shapes and text, it's not great for doing angles and parallelograms like those.  The text is easier, but is very heavy on laser time, as we've discovered with the Warband tokens!

Probably not, voluminous globes are hard to replicate in 2mm fibreboard...

My first thought would always be Martin at Warbases, he does a lot of similar items, both rule-specific and for general use, so I'm sure he could knock those up for you.
