I want to recruit some unarmoured Romano-British spearmen. Is there any essential difference between these packs?

We see the ARL16 code getting a lot of use as well:

Thanks! The two I asked about look the same to me...I'll be using the other for my Saxons, but I'll be mixing them all up to some extent.

The only significant difference is that ARL10 wear heavy cloaks.

ARL 10 are older, some with calvitia. (not kidding)

AR 10 are supposed to represent older men in the militia, the assumption being that younger men have been swept up by recruiters for the army. But there's no reason why they are not to be thought of as interchangeable.
In truth the militia types were inspired by the Foundry Athurian sculpts.

It is Latin.

Italian should be alopecia androgenetica (or calvizie)
