I'd contribute some of my "more interesting " army lists.  ;)
Buy plenty of Matron's sculpts now!

If he keeps using the chainsaw, the value of his work will soon go up.

If someone is starting a 10mm magazine, count with me!

Fenton

Maybe a small scale magazine covering 2/3mm ( That's 2 or 3mm  NOT two thirds of a millimeter Nobby) 6mm and 10/12mm might work better
If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

Now that is a good idea and would broaden the appeal, but which sucker (I mean nice person) would take on all the hard work on a regular basis? I am happy to contribute and help, but just do not have the time to commit to running such a magazine on a regular basis. Nor do I have the IT skills to create an online fanzine.

I could edit first copy, see how we get on, I've got a website so could sort a download plug in, nothing to loose right??. Could chase some sponsorship not for gain but content.

2-12mm I reckon but what to call it, SSQ magazine (small scale quarterly)
Any ideas
We could poll a few of the best

I'm thinking,

Showcase army
Batrep no1
Terrain
New releases
Focus article which changes each issue eg size comparison one week then say historical engagement the next
Adds for relevant scale manufacturers
Batrep no 2

It would be advisable early on to get some idea of who does what - i.e. what readers are interested in.

For goodness' sakes, we could find out that beyond the Pendraken bubble, everyone could be into ... Myceneans or the Indian Mutiny or (say it softly) Aztecs!

True but if we alter the focus each issue that should help, we could put up a list of desired content and those that think they could offer up articles and pictures could tick them off

Well done Ironduke for giving us all this idea and for offering to do a first issue. We could also publish players own rules, both battle and campaign, solo ideas and so on. Articles on converting small scale figures to suit a players needs, scenery making articles etc... the list is almost infinite really.

I did WM &10mm Digest with In design. Quark could be also a good option. I could recommend whatever of those two softwares.

Interviews to sculptors are a good idea.

I would like to see an article about zombies ( I see a great work in the painting competition )

Well I suppose I should respectfully ask if those interested could put their name to one of the above subjects, I'd hope one of the batreps would be a Warband one. Photos and articles should be submitted to me at
craigarmstrong1973@gmail.com as a word document, I would also beg a list of manufacturers people would like to see advertised/linked in the magazine. If we get enough content I'll stick it up for download asap, here we go! Good luck lol
