Totentanz Miniatures will be re releasing the old Corvus Belli 15mm historical ranges
If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

I have a large Ancient British army and a Marian Roman army by them - superb figures - loads of poses and character
