I am literally just about to start work on a League of Augsburg project
so these pics are an inspiration.   Great to see how other people have
approached this - unit strength, composition, basing, painting, choice
of units etc.   I'm right in the middle of the planning stage so really
appreciate this thread, particularly as the painting is so good.

Fantastic stuff.   Thank you for posting the pics.

By the way, for information on the Irish campaign, and the period in general,
you might be interested in several of the books by John Childs :

'The Williamite Wars in Ireland' should be bang on target for you.   You can
probably find this cheaper than the price quoted by Amazon.   I have also read
'Warfare in the Seventeenth Century' and 'The Nine Years War and the British Army'.
Both very good reads with a ton of information.

I'll be keen to see how this thread develops.

Superb work, Redstef. And a nice big chunky unit (obsessed with size? Moi?)
When you realise we're all mad, life makes a lot more sense.

Agree completely,  lovely job :-bd
Buy plenty of Matron's sculpts now!

If he keeps using the chainsaw, the value of his work will soon go up.
