Hi chaps,

I came home from work today to find a small but perfectly formed
envelope full of LOA goodness.   Now, these figures look pretty
special on the net, particularly the beautifully painted examples.
They enticed me in but will they stack up in the 'flesh' ?

Oh my life.   I needn't have worried - they are simply stunning.

I'm currently painting my way through some Pendraken SYW
Prussians at the mo' (beautiful figures - must finish them).
The LOA are calling however.

And then there are longer term plans for a Dogs of War army
based on Pendraken figures.   This is also calling.

I used to be so strong.   Buy figures & paint before moving on.
It feels as though years of discipline has been thrown out of the
window as the latest siren sings.

The only saving grace is that I know I will paint these figures -
they will not sit unloved in a drawer.

What time does the Pendraken Collectors Anonymous helpline close in the evenings ?
Anyone ?  ;)

If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

If you think sirens sing you obviously don't live down by the docks....  :D
When you realise we're all mad, life makes a lot more sense.
