Love the epic system 

Like those tentacle (careful with predictive there  )  aliens; are they modified dungeon things?

The ones on the round bases in the first photo?

They are 28mm Tyranid bits - (actually everything in the first photo is, second photo is mainly Onslaught) I forget what they are called, but are fairly readily available on eBay - try rippers or spore mines, as they seem to come with those.

They really look like one of Pendraken's dungeon beasties; really good anyway

So all the 'nids on hand are now painted! (Can you spot the Pendraken figures?)

Most sort some painting comp stuff out the rest of this week now...

They are fantastic, shame they're not all Pd, would make a cracking army entry

Should see some of the things my tablet has "learned" on predictive text; it offers suggestions for my next word and about 90% of it is forum related

Managed to pop home at lunch time and take some photos in daylight - nearly 200 photos taken on 8 painting comp subjects. Far too many of the photos are poor - I think I need to spend more time framing and ensuring the camera is steady, rather than clicking like a madman.

Spent quite a while going through and trying to pick decent ones for the painting comp - still struggle to choose the best angle to show off the figure

I liked this one, but didn't think it worked for the comp
