I notice that there are posts for suggestions for additions to most ranges but none for the ancients.

Why not?????  so here goes.  I've noticed that some firms are making Biblical ranges in 10mm - especially Assyrians, Hittites and New Kingdom Egyptians - all thase lovely Chariots.

So are there any plans for Pendraken to follow suit?? I'm sure there would be a demand.

Thanks   DaveL

For what it's worth, that's something I'd want too. As you say, all those beautiful chariots!

The suggestion is made from time to time here too.

Chariot armies!  :-\ There's a good idea!  :D

I think you will find that chariot armies have been asked for several times. Along with Byzantines. And Korean War infantry. And a T35.

I love the way those Successors made the most of mechanised warfare. Got fed up waiting for a really good 10mm Hellenistic range and went 15mm. Some fantastic figures out there.

Hey Leon, I think I had vote for bronze age/early iron in the past... but if you don't take down my vote for something exposed by Davel, then take my vote.

There's been quite a few requests for Ancients over the years, but they're not as frequent as most of the other periods.  We are working our way through the ranges though, and Techno will be coming back to the Ancients next year once he's finished his little project.   ;)

Persians, definately Persians, they were arround for a long time and fought a lot of people, there could be a core range of infantry with a fewadd ons for specific time periods.

And Aztecs and Incas, and Mayans, not ancient in time scale, but ancient in spirit.

No-one in his right mind is in a position to make any choices on that subject.
