Excellent news and fingers crossed that the whole back catalogue will be available :).

Hi,
Aster Wargame is a trader well known in italy and has a lot of wargames brands in its catalogue (Warlord, Victrix, 4ground exc). Corrado (the owner) is a wargame entusiast and knows his businees. I know that he has purchased the TBLINE range, including the molds, the masters and the stocks and he is in touch with Cosimo Auricchio, the sculptor. The complete range will be available soon and i hope that will be expanded too: i heard thaT some new sculpts, including macedonians pikemen and italians were almost ready.

That's all i know atm

FierceKitty

And a welcome bit of good news 'tis too, indeed.
I don't drink coffee to wake up. I wake up to drink coffee.

Well yesterday I bought some figures TB line figures from Aster. The shipping to spain from italy was 25 euros. I bought 28 euros and pay 25 of shipping. It is like 100% of the price.

TB line figures back available is a good news. Know that the range will be expand is an excellent news, but I could not be satisfied with the politic of shipping.

They say it will be in 4 working days. So they must arrive on monday. I let you know about the product and the experience.

Werthor

Well 25 euros for shipping to spain 4 blisters (28 euros worth) seems quite high, even by a fast courrier as stated. Did you asked if he had another kind of delivery option, slower but cheaper?

jchaos79

There was only one option available. No possibility to choose a cheaper but slower delivery.

Yep I bought 4 blister of tb line, on eof each.

Now I am searching the content of the original references (a picture) to cross check what will came. I mean to check if there is not pose missing, Can anyone help me with that?

Ithoriel

That's disappointing.

Probably only want a couple of packs myself, assuming the infantry get released.

Is it just me or is the website incredibly difficult to navigate? I find their Search is even worse than on this forum ... and that's saying something :)
There are 100 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who can work from incomplete data

Steve J

Yep, forum difficult to navigate. I tried and gave up. As for the shipping cost... :(

Yoicks!!! If they're charging that much Italy to Spain I don't want to think about Italy to Australia!!!

I found a link to pictures of Teutonic knights here http://lacenbighats.blogspot.com.au/2012/08/10mm-warmaster-teutonic-knights.html?m=1. Will look around for more when I get back to my computer.

Edit: pics of knights here http://grandscalewargaming.blogspot.com.au/2011/05/another-unit-of-feudal-europe-knights.html?m=1

Hello jchaos79

Only other picture I could find was of some Eastern European cavalry here http://fogsoldiers.blogspot.com.au/2011/05/here-are-some-10mm-eastern-europe-tb.html?m=0. They are mounted on non-barded horses though.

Cheers

Hello Fred

Thanks for your pictures. Just looking at the picture of Eastern European knights that you have and the figures shown at the Aster site I think they have the Medieval Islam figures there but I don't recognise the mailed horse from anywhere.

The Eastern European knights have their shield brought to the front as opposed to waving to the side.

Incidentally they've added the command group for the Teutonic knights since I last looked:-
