The game didn't go quite as the Germans anticipated last night  ...those BEF swindhunds bowled underarm and slunk off to the south through the woods...I'll put up a proper AAR report when I get time.

Paul's been watching too many MSH games where Rhys always makes use of any cover to stop his Soviets taking fire from NATO ATGW's and super tanks.

We should have put a couple of Uhlan squadrons in the woods at least, but ain't hindsight wonderful

Or carefully hiding positioning the mighty Belgian armour 

Even one squadron of Uhlans would have bought you some time to redeploy the rest of the regiment

I should like to point out that the Kaiser described the BEF as "contemptibly small". Even Willy wasn't daft enough to think they were bad soldiers.

Given their performance in our game on Saturday they were definitely not "bad soldiers", as I'm sure Peter will agree
