Nice one. I have a few odds and ends with the naps I already have so may well have to use them as dead....

Whilst on the subject of Naps, I noted that French High Command is coming which is cool. I also noted that there is no High Command in the 'new' Bavarians??
Any plans for these in the pipeline?

I had a thought re casualties.

If you make the figure hatless, facedown with medium length coat tails, remove his pack (looted) and place a selection of headgear near him, you will have a truly generic casualty. The headgear must be on protuding base/ground so that any headgear not needed can be snipped off.

Give each figure a British peninsualar shako (Brit, Spanjsh, Portugese, Prussian Landwher and reserve infantry, Hanoverian and Belgium militia casualties), a helmet (Bavarian, Austrian, Wurtumberg) or a French style shako which will double as anything else.

A similar approach to riding booted cavalry could also be taken.

You need more helmets than that - a Bavarian helmet looks very different to an Austrian on - at least as much difference (I'd say more) than the difference between a stovepipe and continental shako. Also Russian shakos, bearskins, hats, etc increase the variety a lot. Probably easier and even more cost effective to ignore the headgear entirely.

This is exactly the solution we opted for with the generic mid 19th century casualty I commissioned about a year or so ago. I got my Austrian in Shako to set alongside the Existing Prussian in picklehaube and Frenchman in kepi, and added the other to serve for everything else.  That said, I am still waiting for the ECW casualties I had done to make their way to the top of the casting queue!  . Leon?

We'll be doing casualties for all the nations, and most probably in different headgear within that, somewhere down the line.  The basic types will be coming sooner rather than later, and then we can add others further along.

They're getting there now!  We've just master moulded them, so I'll be casting off that to get them into the production mould queue next.
